Services

Zeke & Willow Studio provides website design services as outlined in selected packages and agreements.

Payments

A signed agreement and deposit are required before project commencement. Remaining balances must be paid prior to launch.

Scope of Work

Services are limited to what is outlined in the selected package and agreement. Additional work may require a separate quote.

Platform Fees

Wix hosting plans, domain registrations, and third-party services are paid directly by the client and are not included in project pricing.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client retains rights to their website content. Zeke & Willow Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolio and marketing materials.

Limitation of Liability

Zeke & Willow Studio is not liable for business losses, downtime, or platform-related issues beyond its control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
